Apple cider vinegar seems to be the new health craze that has people going nuts!

It's not magic. It won't help melt fat off, but it could have some great health benefits.

Apple cider vinegar has various vitamins, as well as probiotics that can help with energy transfer and gut health. It is a good idea to have some periodically. But its kinda gross on its own!

So here's a simple recipe to make apple cider vinegar lemonade that is super tasty:

4 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

3 stevia packets



Some of us like it stronger than others. So start with about 8oz of water and then add from there to get the strength that you want. Enjoy!
