Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

Dry Ingredients:

3 c Almond Flour

¼ c Brown Sugar

1 tsp Baking Soda

½ tsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Salt


Wet Ingredients:

2 tbs Maple Syrup

2 tsp Vanilla

¼ cup Canola Oil (or any light oil)

2 tbs Almond Milk (unsweetened)

1/3-1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. All dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Mix until mixture is fine and not clumpy.

3. Add wet ingredients except for chocolate chips. Add additional tablespoons of maple syrup to sweetened to taste.

4. Add chocolate chips

5. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes. Recipe makes 9 medium-large cookies.

6. Enjoy!


Hint: These are great chilled as well! Once cooled, put them in the freezer and enjoy a chilled healthy dessert!
